Other Frequently Asked Questions

‣ Can I get early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Advanced notice is always appreciated but does not guarantee availability.

‣ Can I check-in anytime?

Guest are welcome to check-in anytime after 4PM or earlier based on advanced notice and availability.

If you are checking in late at night, you will get digital access to check-in anytime.

‣ What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if check-in is at least 14 days away, 50% if 7 days out, no refund for less than a week, but guest will receive a voucher for a later stay. Our cancellation policy is contingent on if you book directly with us.

‣ Are children allowed?

INNhale is designed as an adult-focused retreat. All guests must be 21+ to stay.

‣ Is smoking allowed?

Smoking cannabis is permitted in designated areas only. Tobacco smoking is allowed only in designated outside areas.

‣ Do you have parking?

Yes!

‣ Do you host retreats?

We have hosted many retreats at Innhale. If you're interested in hosting a retreat, please contact us.

‣ Can I rent out the resort?

Yes! Innhale is available for small retreats, private events, and full property buyouts. Please contact us for details and pricing.

Pet Policy

‣ Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are a pet friendly resort! Traveling with a dog or cat? Great! Traveling with another pet? Ask us!

‣ Are there any restrictions for pets?

Dinning

‣ Is breakfast included?

Yes! We serve "Brunch" from 9AM - 11AM daily for all guests.

‣ Can I dine at Innhale if I’m not staying overnight?

Dining is reserved for registered guests, but please contact us for availability.
Special events may occasionally be open to the public!

‣ Is the food cannabis-infused?

No, meals are not infused unless previously arranged. Guests may provide distillate or discuss options in advance for private dinners.

‣ Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

In most instances we can accommodate for food allergies. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking your reservation.
